Easiest way to clean FreeFlow tiles

OK, I'm seriously thinking about the Free Flow tiles because I hear they are easier to keep looking clean than the solid tiles. I have no garage cleaning equipment so before I buy something, what is the easiest way to clean this type of tile....blower or vacuum? I prefer to only buy one thing if possible. I may do a little woodworking in there, no metal work etc, so sawdust and outside dirt/leaves should be most of the mess that would need to be cleaned out.

I understand that the graphite color is best and alloy is next as far as looking clean longer. Correct me if that is wrong...although I do plan on throwing some red in the mix.

Although I want it to look good, I have no desire to create a big cleaning chore in my garage...I can barely keep up with my house, LOL.

Here in SW Ohio I am on my 3rd winter with Free Flow. The garage is home to her daily driver, my restored '69 Mach 1 and some man cave activity. I don't weld or woodwork or body work in there. With that said the grime {snow, slush, grit, salt and whatever else}that her suv drags in flushes easily with a hose. I usually clean the floor when I wash the Mach 1 inside the garage. The auto wash soap that I use on the Mach 1 seems to clean up the garage floor just fine. Love the Free Flow. CJ Dave.

If I had to choose between blower or vacuum, I would choose a strong shop vac with a wide mouth floor attachment that has the brushes on the end. The short brushes work great at loosening any dried dirt or crud on the tile while vacuuming things up at the same time. A strong vac will also pull most dirt and debris right up through the tile.

We have them here in the showroom. Shopvac right through them. Alloy and graphite both look clean. Vac way better than blower. Does drywall come all the way down to the floor?

Thanks to you all for the responses. Guess I'll start looking for a shop vac. Sheetrock does not come to the floor, there is a concrete stemwall..6 or 8" that the sheetrock sits on.

Now I just need to decide on a design. Here are my top contenders: Feel free to provide comments. Single garage is 11'6 x 20. Problem is I have a second two car garage that I'm sure I'd want to tile later. So I think I have to get patterns that would look good in both. Thanks again.

I like the checker, but I like very limited designs the best with this tile. 2 tile checkers, maybe a boarder.

If drywall does not come to the floor, you can pressure wash or hose right through the tile. It really is a pretty awesome way to go.
