They don't do free shipping very often, and if they do, the welders aren't always included, and if they are, they're usually sold at full price.
Eastwood seldom gives anything away, though they absolutely stand behind their products, and I've had great customer service with them. I do wish they'd stop sending out 'deal' emails all the time with 8% off paint equipment, etc.
