I have heard mostly good reviews on it. Some people have had issues with them but, Eastwood's customer service was quick in correcting it. As far as off shore machines go, I would take the Eastwood over any other.

I actually just got one. I got the setup with the welder plasma cutter and cart combo for like 1200 bucks with that free shipping. I've used both machines so far and no complaints for the money. I weld all day with miller syncro and Lincoln portable welders. This machine does what you would need it to do for a garage type hobbyists. So long story short I like it.
