Hello so I have a gas powered 13hp 60gallon Eaton air compressor that's maybe 5 years old or so. Sometimes it seems to take what I think is to long to refill. If you hold your hand over the tube for the air filter on the one cylinder it will pretty much **** a paper towel up, the second piston doesn't act like it's even sucking. When the pressure kicks off and it's idling they both feel the same just kinda puffing the paper towel. Shouldn't they both be sucking while up and running? Thought I'd ask here before calling tomorrow.

Is it under warranty? Get the process underway.

If it isn't, take off the copper signal line to the unloader on the non functional cylinder, unscrew the valve cap and have a look at the intake valve. Probably a broken valve spring, or a stuck unloader piston.

Doubt it's under warranty. So under the red circle cap is th intake valve. What's under the green cap?

The green cap is the discharge valve. It's also possible that the unloader tower (the big thing with the copper line) is getting stuck and holding the intake valve open. I'd probably take the unloader off and see if its stuck before condemning the valves.
