I have an Emglo wheelbarrow (2 stage, 15 cfm) with a 8 hp Honda. It always starts on the first pull unless I forget to turn the ignition on. Unless you are using the compressor often such as a commercial application I don't think that the electric start is needed. Of course it is a nice luxury or may be necessary if you have a disability.

I've got a 80 gallon Eaton, it's been great to me and I'm running DA's, sandblast cabinet, paint guns, and other air tools. This is on a daily basis for 6 years or so.

I bought an Eaton 7.5 hp 2 stage eaton compressor 80 gallon tank about 5 years ago. home use. I have about 120 hours on it. I just retired this year so am using it more now. There are people here who pan them, but I am well satisfied with it. When my wife's air compressor gives up the ghost I will get her an Eaton 5 hp 2 stage to replace it.

Friend and I both bought 5 hp 80 gallons eatons. Good compressors and quiet as the oversize the pumps and turn them slow. Can talk on a cell right next to it. 6 years and no issues.

There was drama some years back about them deceiving people by slapping "Made in USA" and US flag stickers all over their products when the pump and motors were imported. Then the owner went on some immature tirade threatening to sue anyone who correctly mentioned that those components were from Asia. Products are probably fine but I will never give that company a dollar.

Heres a little piece of the owners ethics
