Eaton M22 switch guidance

I am putting my 12vdc power supply in a cabinet with another contactor, and I would like to put 2 illuminated switches on the cabinet door. I have 2 Eaton M22 push buttons that are theoretically illuminated, but I suspect they need a pilot underneath to make them light up. I bought 2 NO switches that clip to the back and they contact when the button is pushed, but don't latch. Ideally I would like a single push on push off button, but if I need a second off button I can do that. I have pushed plenty of these buttons, just never installed any, so am unsure of the nomenclature.

M22. I think I figured it out. The latching buttons I wanted are a M22-DRL-R, and what I ordered was a M22-D-R, OR A D-L-R, Some stupid newb mistake.
