I just tried, not working for me either. Not surprised if this is another Ebay screw up. I've been having all sorts of issues with ebay this year & never before that. Last code didn't work either but they emailed a 10% code a week later. And just yesterday I tried to return something that took 4 hrs cause their return system kept giving errors.

Doesn't look like it was a targeted coupon, it appeared right on the home page. Maybe tomorrow it will work? If not, sorry guys.

Just bought something for $500 yesterday, need something that costs about $270 soon, so will hold off in anticipation of a coupon for now, at least for a few days, with fingers crossed.

I got the 10% select users coupon from an seldom used account. I just used it, a few hours before expiration, and saved $28.50. I'm good with that.
