eBay Matco 1/4" ratchets?

Anyone care to speculate on the provenance of these eBay Matco ratchets? The seller has had several - at least a half dozen - available. I've won one auction, thinking it was too cheap to pass up, but communicating with the seller about shipping it to Canada has been pretty hard: she speaks very little English, I guess, and my Spanish is pretty ******.

Are they stolen? They seem like an easy thing for an employee to put in a pocket and waltz out with... Why else would one person have so many? Is there a Matco facility in Woodridge, IL? Have any GJers bought and received one?!

I had to look up that word in the dictionary; it was beyond my vocabulary inventory.

I think they have a warehouse their because when I ordered a couple sockets from their website they arrived in one day and it was posted from some place in IL and I live in IL so that would make since to me. I hope that helps?
