Don't think it will fit on my Hitachi drill though. Maybe some of these cordless drills, the chucks don't come off.
Probably get a 3/8" X 24 TPI #2 MT and use it on my wood lathe though!

which method did you try? Some hand drills will have a reverse screw at the chuck and not just be threaded. Like this:

FWIW: It's a bit small but would work nicely on 12v drills but sometimes using 1/2" bits comes handy which this won't take.

I have purchased from them in the past with no issue, but recently had a bad experience similar to four.cycles posts above. Item never shipped, but they took my money after “creating a shipping label.”
After waiting more than patiently, I sent two messages, and they did respond, but lied both times. When I asked for a refund, they put the reason for cancellation as “Buyer asked to cancel”, which basically looks good on them and bad on the buyer. I will no longer buy from them and wish I had read the negative feedback, because I ended up in the same boat.
