It's SAE. If you look in the picture where the seller is holding the ratchet and you can see 'WF', one of the sockets shows 7/16 (or x/16, anyways).

Thanks for the heads up. Those are not as good as the original Petersens but were still head and shoulders better than Irwin China Vice-Grips. Worth getting if anyone can use them. Original Petersens are better though and worth 5-10 more each easily. - Paul
