It appears to work on any single transaction totaling $50+, that you pay for in the app during the sale hours today. (One time going through the checkout process.) Put the two items in your cart instead of hitting "buy it now", and then go through the cart in the app to check out, making sure to put in the coupon code when you do.

Can confirm that it does work this way. Had ~$55 combined, took off 8.50ish. Now have radius gauges up to 1" for $60 shipped (CM Crowntop up to 1/2 (rebranded general or lufkin?) And Enco 1/2-1")

Ebay is doing the sitewide (except gift cards and autos) 15% off again tomorrow. No mention of the app being required this time. I don't know the offer link/code yet, but it will probably be promoted on the ebay.com home page when it starts.

Deal sites - slickdeals, doctorofcredit, etc. I don't know how they find out in the first place. After finding out about several of these sitewide eBay discounts in the last few months only after they were already over, I've been trying to keep an eye out for them more lately. Hasn't yet matched up with when I'm ready to buy something, but they seem to be happening more frequently.

Got mine yesterday and they are pretty darn nice, the seller is good to deal with too. I had a pair of pliers that had a minor manufacturing defect and they sent me a new pair at no cost.

Funny, I also just bought a set of those from that seller last week. Though last week when I bought them, they had them marked down to $30 and I was able to use the 15% off one-day coupon code to bring the total to $25.50.

They just came yesterday and they look awesome. Can't wait to use them.

I talked to the seller because mine still showed $30 in my cart, but he said he upped the price because his stock is getting low.

Can't fault him there. Supply and demand. Honestly, I want even positive that $26 was a great deal, I just knew everyone seems to like them and the equivalent in Knipex are over twice the price. I'd probably still pay $35 for a set.

i tend to use 1/4" and 1/2" socket sets mostly. when i am using 1/4", more than half the time i use a spinner like this. this one has the recess at the end of the handle for you to add a breaker bar or ratchet, effectively making it also an extension.

seller ships immediately, packs well. bought a bunch of stuff from him, including one of these, which i just received.

Well, the $8 eBay item (with free shipping) is $2 cheaper than the $10 http://www.sears.com/craftsman-6-in-spinner-handle-1-4-in-drive/p-00943393000P (the other nearly-identical listing for $9 at http://www.sears.com/craftsman-professional-use-1-4-inch-drive-6inch-spinner/p-00943372000P is OOS), plus no tax unlike if paying OOP at Sears. Not bad for those who aren't into dealing with the Sears points and/or no longer have a nearby store.

i dont play the points game, at least anymore. i can't find things there i want enough to make it worthwhile. at this point, i dont really like going in the store either. the tools section is about a third of what it was even a year ago. and sadly, as a percentage, there are still the same amount of empty pegs.

it is a great tool. likely worth the 10$ they want at the store. certainly worth the 8$ the ebay seller wants to ship one to my door.

Sorry if I came across as rude. My first thought was it walnut Sears deals, and when I saw eBay, figured I had to check sears pricing.it is on my list of things to buy. Better deal if still USA (listing/ doesn't say)

If you zoom in on the eBay pic, it is made in China. I think the US versions used the classic Western Forge red-white-and-blue handles instead of the black handle seen now, but it's still getting good reviews in its Chinese incarnation too.

Thanks, just saved some $$ on a replacement for a Proto Duratek screwdriver I lost and a M12 Gen2 drill to see if it's up to the work that my current M18 brushless drill has been doing for the new job.

Also had $10 in eBay bucks that were about to expire (love how eBay keeps those hidden unless you actually look to add them).

I’m interested to know how it does. It’s out of stock now. Was there any assembly required? I was really interested but I couldn’t justify it to myself because I wouldn’t use it.
