I think the company just uses "SK" in their part numbers. I don't think there's any connection to the US-based SK Hand Tools.

Stephen is right, under the picture on the page there is an eclipse logo and search buttons for more eclipse stuff.

In this case as others have pointed out, SK is part of the part number and could mean socket to the manufacturer. Definite not a SK tools product. I've never heard of the Eclipse brand but, it does resemmble those generic Taiwan made tools.
