Eco Air meter repair

Does anyone have any experience with these? I have one that I can't adjust the pressure on with the control knob. It turns a bit and won't go below 60lbs on the dial. Before I take it apart I figured I would ask.... Thanks for any input you may have, video at link below

check with bb767, he had a bunch of stuff in his thread on the 1930 shop restore. I think he covered adjustment as well on his rebuild.

Steves is correct, he covered almost everything in rebuilding his shop and in great detail
but be warned his original post is bumping 20 yrs ago. Might take a lengthy search but it is
there.
