I EDC a Tekton 5" ignition plier, a folding razor knife, an Alexander pocket screwdriver with magnet and a Leatherman tool. They get used often and save me many trips to the roller cabinet.
Old Leatherman PS2, discontinued long ago. Has most everything needed in a pinch, and it's very compact in its leather sheath. Bought an original Wave when they came out, liked the tool but didn't care for the sheath. 95% of the time I use the pliers.
Kershaw leek. I usually break the tip off (accidentally) and regrind to more of a drop point. I flip the clip so it comes out of the pocket its open at a finger's touch. The heal is actually an awesome paint can opener.
Leatherman Wave, CeeTee pliers, Craftsman mini multi tool, 4" Mac adjustable, stick magnet, 3' tape measure, 6" Knipex PlierWrench, 3 color select pen, and a Kyocera 4g flip phone.
I don't like keeping things in my pockets, but I always have a Leatherman Wave somewhere close.
I'm still getting used to it; my go-to for several years has been an SOG Powerlock, so I still have to stare the Wave for a while to sort out where the tool I need is and remember how to get it out. I could use the SOG with one hand and my eyes closed.
But the Wave is a lot lighter and pretty close as far as capabilities, and has some real advantages. I may yet switch back... dunno.
Gerber pocket knife that takes box cutter blades, with a Leatherman Wave and a Wera multibit screw driver in my bag. Planning on adding a 6" Cobra and Pliers Wrench to the bag soon, along with some other stuff as I find I need it. I work in IT and find my tools get used more and more. Might start keeping an impact or a drill and assorted goodies in the car as well.
Benchmade 551, Victorinox Climber, and Streamlight Stylus Pro.
These vary a bit depending on where I'm going and what I'm doing, but the above is my core EDC.
Wave Plus or the Leatherman Crater.. whatever finds its way into my pocket that day.. honestly, like 80% of what i need can be done with the Crater that has the driver bits in it. I have completely changed my opinion about that knife.
Been carrying a Victorinox Tinker for a couple months now. Its came in handy a few times. Saved me a L-O-N-G walk back to the truck a few weeks ago for a screwdriver I forgot to grab. I'm always using it to pull outlet covers and tighten random screws
A Spiderco pocket knife that also gets used as a screwdriver, wire stripper, box cutter, chisel, pry bar, and any other tool I can use it for. I am usually not far from a toolbox when I am at work or home, so no need to carry one in my pocket.
Original Leatherman Supertool, Case 503 knife, Streamlight ProtTac 2L flashlight and a Glock 43. The Streamlight is by far the most commonly used of these.
