I currently have a 120v seaflo pump powering an outdoor camp shower, bathroom and washing machine. It works pretty good but I can't seem to get the pressure switch dialed in right where the pressure will stay constant enough to run the water heater (camplux propane on demand). One shower is great and the next one the pump is on/off every half second. I'm feeding this pump with a cistern about 15' above the pump.
I think I have 2 main issues: These pumps weren't designed to handle head pressure and I dont have a pressure tank.
Would it be worthwhile to add a small accumulator/pressure tank to my system or should I look to getting something like the harbor freight 1hp shallow well pump that already comes with the tank? https://www.harborfreight.com/plumb...th-pressure-control-switch-950-gph-63407.html
