My unit is about 3 years old and works very well most of the time. This fall I noticed an intermittent problem. The heating fan just comes on for no reason. There is no demand and no flame. Then it goes off and will continue to do this on and off until I turn off the power and then reset it. When I opened the box the flame on light was flashing on the and off when when this was going on. After reset, if there is a demand the unit goes through its starting sequence and works perfectly. I cleaned the flamesensor and that seemed to work for a while but now the problem is back. Anyone have any experience with this.
