Thanks! Chain saw for me, too. Have the mower, leaf blower, and weed eater. Weed eater is a bit of a disappointment, mower is pretty nice, leaf blower kicks ****.

FWIW, I've been very impressed with the blower. It's a great choice. The chainsaw, however, disappointed me a lot. If you want one to use only for small storm clean-up it may be an ok choice. For any regular use, however, and especially if you'll be cutting hard woods look for something else; gas power is probably a requirement.

I think those guys would agree, they would rather have a fellow GJ member or tool guy win it than someone from slick deals who would turn around and put it on ebay.

Thanks ISurvived! I agree, slickdeals can really be heartless and bloodsucking at times. There are some good users on SD but it's like a feeding frenzy most of the time.



I just want to let everyone know that there was a misunderstanding here. I intended to say something bad about Slickdeals, which if you follow that forum you will see that my comment is justified...well, I should have used "Slickdeals" instead of "that forum" so a member here and on another forum misunderstood the intended target of that comment. Things have been cleared up, apologies and handshakes from both sides have been exchanged. Sorry for those that wanted to see an internet fight or e-drama.

Also thank you to the Moderator(s) here for cleaning up this thread.
