Einhell WARNING

I bought a Einhell petrol grass trimmer 25cc today.
The putting together was easy and realy would only go together one way.
I used it and it was not cutting and getting tangled in the grass.
I checked it and noticed that you had to hold it another 2m higher because of the cutting head angle. I contacted Einhell to be phoned back and told there was nothing wrong with it and would not be getting a replacement or refund.
My next step now will have to be Trading Standards.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Did you wind the string in the head yourself? You probably did it wrong.

Why would you buy anything other than a Stihl, anyway?

more or less all over Europe in big box stores

its the lowest quality anything you can ever buy , big brand fake items are better .

you don't even need to buy some to know it, just look at the thing

I haven't heard of this brand until reading this post. I see it on Amazon.com UK for 99 Pounds Sterling. All I could say is I love my Shindaiwa.
