Elastic Bonded Abrasives Buffer Wheels

Does anybody know where you can find this type of buffer wheel without spending a fortune? We use some here at work, but they cost around $300 each. They work great, but for my home use, I can't justify the cost. I was hoping to find some homeowner version, but have not had any luck.

Not sure where your located but here in the States they are called Convolute wheels. 3M and other makers sell them. Also can be found on eBay for $60+ish
