Electric for welder

Greetings,

This is a dumb question I know. I have a 100 amp service to the garage and would like to run a Everlast 160 STH stick/tig welder. My question is how can I run a 140amp weld one 100 amp service?

The 140a rating on the welder is the output NOT the input...
