26X34 with walls / ceiling that are insulated really well.
9 foot ceilings
Have electric of course or I guess I could go propane, no natural gas
would like to keep it above freezing during the winter here in Northwest Ohio and heat it up when I'm working out there to 65-70
So what size, and what kind electric furnace/heater and where to buy
Been looking but not much luck so far
any suggestions would be most appreciated

First what's your kwh cost, and what's the current propane cost? Figure out the cost per therm to get you started. Calculate fuel burning heaters at 80% efficiency, and electric at 100%. This will help you decide which fuel is more cost effective in operating cost. Now how much will installation costs be? If you can do the work yourself it's less important. Where I'm at I can do electrical, but only licensed gas fitters are legally allowed to install any fuel burning appliance.

Assuming you do decide on electricity, fastest/easiest is to install 5000W unit heaters. They're around $300 or so, one circuit each, and most come with built in thermostats is you're OK with that, so really easy to wire up.

Thanks
Any and all labor will be done by me, or by a buddy of mine whos a electrician, If I go propane then I can do the install as well
Just trying to find where to buy at the best price and the size I need
more than likely will just go electric just for the ease of it all, no extra bills etc plus having tanks sitting in the yard

I don't think electric would be good for heating all winter. I have a 5600 watt plugin heater that works great to heat the garage up every once in a while when I go out there to work.

Propane Space Heater:
I think this would be a good choice for what you are looking for. I have one installed at the moment and it's kept up pretty good even with gas prices going crazy at the moment.
