Electric heater too big, any options?

I purchased a Qmark MUH 15-8 heater at an estate sale. Essentially brand new to put in a building I was leasing. Economy the way it is the building has been sold and I have it sitting in my new garage. I just completed a new construction 24x30 well insulated with r-13 in walls and R-24 in ceiling, insulated windows, and a single insulated 16' steel door. This thing is way too big to run on my 100A service to the garage. When I built the garage I wired two 240v 60A circuits so I can run my welder on either end, and a single 240V 30A circuit for a smaller electric heater. The Qmark heater I have is wired currently in single phase at 15kw about 52000BTu at 72 amps. Can I do anything with it or should I just take the loss, sell it and start over.

I will run gas line out there this summer and likely have a NG radiant heater next winter but I really need something now...

I checked the spec sheet for that heater on the Qmark website, and that particular model is for 208vac single phase or three phase only, so it doesn't sound like it will work in your shop.
