This is what you need - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B008ORBM3K/?tag=atomicindus08-20

It will be piped straight from the condensate drain. From this neutralizer it will need to go to a drain. If you don't have a drain, you'll be wanting one real bad. My boiler puts out about 2 1/2 gallons when the temps are in the 40's. Colder, it'll do a 5 gallon over night.

After it gets neutralized you'll want it to dump into this pump - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003DKVODQ/?tag=atomicindus08-20

These pumps will take that neutralized water and send it anywhere you want it. Is your shop detached from the house?

I forgot to mention that my neighbor takes his neutralized condensate and has it sent outside. He buried a 55 gallon plastic drum and filled it with rocks. Basically created his own leach tank just for his condensate.

This is helpful. Garage is detached, hence no drain. The leach tank is an interesting idea. How to get the water there without freezing?

He went straight our of the wall then down his footer with 3/4"pvc at 4' deep then elbowed out 10' into a buried 55 gallon plastic barrel full of rocks. The pvc is wrapped with a heat tape all the way from the inside of the shop to the barrel. He also put the pipe foam over the pvc and tape. For added insulation over the barrel and pipe, he used 2 layers of 2" foam placed over them and then back filled.

Pretty simple solution and only took a Saturday to do it in.

As predicted the sump pit filled up at the first temps under 20 degrees.
I got a rain barrel and am filling that for now. 52 gallons will need to be emptied once a week or so. This buys me some time for a more permanent solution. HVAC company hasn't called me back, but saw to sending me a second notice of my bill. Second notice in 7 days. I'll reach out again tomorrow for some answers but expectations are being lowered.

They are losing a customer.

It's surprising how much water they produce -- years ago it was permissible to simply pipe it outside ... this was typical in many areas where hard freezing did not occur.

w/o neutralizing it's too acidic to put into any drain w/metal or septic. Making a septic pit or pumping it to the house is your only solution when really cold .. I don't see rain gutters on the building -- where does that water go?

A large diameter gravity pipe will not freeze over .. thats what my neighbor did in Maine. Mine was oil. While I'm using a condensing in my new build -- in the mid Atlantic the longevity/simplicity of an old school atmospheric is the way I like to go .. trying for the extra 10-12% is not worth it.
