yeah been looking all over the GE site, no help.
digital screen, red, black, and white with a bare ground attached to it on the end.

I will dig a bit more, for sure don't want the shop going up in flames cause of my dumbness. ;)

just thought I would post. I will look it over and come back.

Should be a tag inside the door with the model number and power requirement.

With the model number, you can look up the manual on GE's website.

The model number may be difficult to read. Mine was.

If it is a wall oven, it has to be hard wired.

I installed an a/c disconnect on the wall next to mine.

As mentioned, the wire gauge of the appliance means nothing... yours will need to be bigger. :)

Neither of those codes comes back to anything. Take a picture of the label and post it.

U need to lookup what the electrical requirements are. No guessing on this one.

:thumbup: Yes. exactly. All you need is the kW of the heater and the voltage upon which it runs.

Power = Pressure * Flow, or in an electrical sense, Voltage * Current. Armed with that knowledge, when you know two, you will then know three :)

A close match is JTP15WD1WW Can you look again? There should be a plate somewhere that has the amperage.
