I'm working on insulating my basement better and I've found a pretty good leak at my electric panel. There is a fair amount of wind blowing through the incoming conduit. Can I use this Duct Seal from Lowes safely for this application?

It is perfect for that purpose. Code wants you to use a product that is listed for the purpose and the Gardner-Bender DS110 is so listed. I know people who fill the void with spray foam, but that is not listed for the purpose. Also, if you ever have to pull the wires you are screwed.

That's what I was thinking, and sure didn't want to create a fire harard. Thanks for confirming!
