Electric swing gate opener with tiny footprint

I'd really like to get an electric swing opener for my driveway. I have a very small area (about 12") next to the driveway to mount something, before I hit the property line. Any ideas?

Right now I've got a gate mounted to a utility pole, I'd put a new post in the ground when I put an opener in. I may also change the gate from the heavy wood/steel to something lighter. I am not interested in changing it to hinge on the house side, however.

Look at a linear operator, like Viking G5. Needs less than 12” clearance. Two downsides: 1) expensive and 2) you need a beefy post. Even though you have a wood gate, you would want to consider a 4” steel square tube post set in a fairly heavy concrete footing.

The cleanest would be an FAAC in ground. It drives the gat directly on the hinge line. They are however, expensive and you would now need to cut and rework your concrete.
