The pins are fine, however they were pulled out of the connector body and don’t stay retained in the connector body anymore.
This is a Metri-Pack 150 Sealed connector. This brochure helps show how the pieces go together: (turn the page and you'll see the part number for your connector body.)

In my experience:
- The best place to get these components is Mouser.com
- Problems with terminal retention are typically due to the terminal
Your connector is probably fine. On the terminal, there is a metal "tang" that sticks up in the middle of the connector body:
You need to make sure that tang is bent up so that it depresses when the terminal slides into the body and then pops up and locks in to the connector body when inserted. (To remove a good terminal, one would need to stick a poker backwards into the connector body to depress this tang.)
Usually, you can bend this back and be good. If the tang is gone or if its soft like a bent paper clip, then a new terminal will need to be crimped onto the wire.
This connector also has a TPA retainer (the blue thing) at the back of the connector that should help keep everything together. If that piece won't stay on, you can get new ones. Again, Mouser is a great source for these and you can find the part number on page 14 in the brochure I linked above.
