Electrical questions

Hello everybody I have a tech question I built a 30 x 40 pole building
and I am ready to do my electrical. My question to you all is has anybody
found an efficiant way to pound in the 8' galvanized ground rods into rocky
soil other than a sledge hammer is there a power tool that might help.
for instance a roto hammer with an attachment.

Well i have driven ground rods 4 ways
1) sledge hammer (too much work)
2) sds hammerdrill with ground rod attachment (not bad)
3) jackhammer sized for groundrod to slide into bit location ( dangerous and akward to start)
4.) backhoe with bucket ( need skill to not bend the **** out of it)

safest and best is #2, most fun number 4, most work #1
