Electrical Rebate Computation

Does anyone have a way to run the numbers to compute your yearly electrical usage for rebates? We are installing LED's instead of high bays and they are wanting to see they number differences. I know the standard compilation on watts but need to show it in an algorithm for them. The numbers I am coming up with show it at about a $300 rebate where the two contractors that quoted it were showing $1500 on the same fixtures. The problem is they just added another $1,500 to the quote so they got the rebate. Any help would be appreciated.

(fixture watts x # of fixtures) divided by 1000 = KW.
KW x annual burn hours = KwHr
