Electrical soldering propane tip

Anyone know where I could find a tip which would fit on the end of a propane torch so I can do some electrical soldering? Kinda similar to those little butane buggers where the flame heats up a solid tip, rather than the flame heating the work directly. I have some lower gauge wire I'd like to solder that my gun isn't able to heat up enough.

You'll only find them in old Bernzomatic torch kits. They used to be available separately as Bernzomatic p/n TX400:

If you happen to be soldering copper eye ends on to 06 or larger wire -

1. Clamp the eye end in a vise or large vise grips.
2. The bare wire end needs to be about 1/4" longer than the socket of the eye.
3. Apply the flame directly to the eye's socket - not the wire.
4. When the wire is hot enough to melt the solder, use just enough to fill the socket.
5. Use an inch of high quality heat shrink tubing (thick and extra ribs of glue on the inside) to seal the 1/4" of exposed wire.

Guess that explains why I wasn't coming up with much when searching online, and, yea, very surprising they're not made any more.

They don't work well, when inverted directly on a bottle. Probably why they are not around anymore. They are OK on a remotely mounted torch head.

They make lots of different types now that are much more compact than a propane bottle. I'd like to get one with the curved shield to heat all the way around at the same time.

Would you mind sharing some? I only know of the small butane-style ones.
