Electrical Wiring Storage Pictures

Moving into a new house and the garage is less then stellar but I can make it work but looking for idea's on how and where to store spools of electrical wire with out making a huge wire rack to store them on.

Sorry no pics but I've seen people cut holes in the wall and mount a pipe to the wall, slide the spools on first and only half of the spool hangs out of the wall. Kinda like the old chrome toilet paper mounts. Sort of like this

I tried all sorts of different ways to store them and eventually just built a great big rack.

I just ran a bar between the racks on my pallet racking...

Milk crates on the shelf.
You can see through them to see the color of the wire.

Just a tip on putting wire spools on a rod/tube, is to put the spools on alternating how the wire comes off, over the top and the next roll off the bottom of the spool. That way when you pull off one spool it wont unroll the next spool and a big washer between the spools also helps.
