Electricians needed

Im in no way an electrician, so im seeking the advice of you guys. Is there away to look at your breaker box and tell exactly how many amps it is. There is no main breaker in my box, just 5 regular breakers. There is 3 30 amp breakers and 2 20 amp breakers, me being the electrician that I am, I would assume thats 130 amps but I know that isnt right, How can I tell how many amps I have.

It sounds like this is a SUB panel. There are two things that would be limiting factors:
1) size of the feed-wire. this will be the over-all limitation.
2) go back to your MAIN panel and look at the breaker in your MAIN panel that feeds the SUB panel.

Lots of boxes have labels inside them that say how many Amps they are.

I have seen some old panels that did NOT have a main breaker. Your panel sure sounds like my old panel...which was only 65 Amps total.

Can you take a pic of it?

I have a 200 amp main panel in the house.... I checked the breakers today leaving the lights on in the shop and looked for what I hoped cut it off. I saw at the very bottom of the panel, a double 60 amp breaker... 2 breaker with one trip, both have 60 A on it. Im assuming that its a just a 60 amp service out the the shop

60A sounds right by your description. Shut it off and see if the lights in the shop go out.

Thats what I meant... sry, I cut that off and all power was cut.
