Electro Darts Game

I cam across this old Electro Darts game thats not working. Figured I would see if I could get it working before tossing it. I am a technician, but I do not do component repair on boards like this. I have the tools to troubleshoot, but not all of the knowledge on this board stuff. The power supply seems to be working. I cant get it to light up. Almost looks like something may have been spilled on it decades ago, but I cant tell for sure. It has some corrosion here and there on a couple parts I could solder and replace if I knew that would fix it.

Anyone here know anything about these? Ballpark on getting one repaired or who would even do that stuff? I hate to throw it away. Seemed cool to hang on the wall in my shop.

I wish electronics still came with full schematics.

That package is great! It has a Bom, layout, logic level schematic ,explanation of function, trouble shooting chart.
No reason not to get it functional and all hand done drawings.
