Those are phenomenal drill presses!
My old work had a smaller bench style on a heavy base, and it was my go to for all drilling work in the shop.
If it was closer, I would find or build the room for that one, especially at that price!

Got that same model, but with a production table from a machine shop that no longer wanted it. Cleaned it, lubed it, topped off the oil, put an X-Y table on it, added some indexable clamping levers for the head. It has the MT2 spindle and came with a box of MT2 shank drills. The black knob/lever above the depth stop is a back gear for dual speed range. Sweet machine and smooth operation.
