Thank you all for the help with my electrolysis tub. It works well. I want to do some nuts, bolts and washers in the bath. However, I need something to put small parts in.

So what do you all use in your tub for small parts?

Thanks.

Dollar General has little tubs with lots of holes, very cheap.

Something like a collander or strainer might work. Since it's metal, it can act as an electrode for all the parts placed inside it.

These are made with plastic as well. My 3 year old daughter used to put one on her younger brother's head when they played!

Electrolysis probably won't work w/o an electrical contact. Try a stainless steel basket to put the parts in.

If I remember correctly you should not use stainless steel in the electrolysis process as it creates a toxic sludge.
