About 2 years ago, I was at a close out store, and bought a pair of Elite brand locking pliers. Knockoff of a 10WR Vise Grip.
I live about 20 miles from Dewitt. NE, former home of the Vise Grip, and will never buy another, unless made here again. All mine came from auctions, pawnshops and such. Getting to where you can't buy them at auctions either. Around here, everyone hates Rubbermaid for closing the Dewitt plant, so will pay more than new price for old ones.
This Elite one has held up very well, to some serious abuse, and I'd like to buy more, but can't find any info on them. Anyone know anything?
