emergency help please

I just started applying water based epoxy clear over acid stain and it does not seem to be going down right. It seems very thick and the bruch leaves bad brush marks. Any help or advice would be great. I just mixed up two and a half gallons and cant let it go to waste. I need advice.

how well did you rinse/neutralize the acid ? Also should be using a roller. what are you brushing?

I neutralized twice and rinsed well. I will apply the feild with a roller, using the brush to cut in edge. The slab is 50* so it is just barely at the application temp. The air is 60*.

Steal man: we just spoke. You can't work from the bucket and the fact that 20 minutes has already expired, you have eaten into your working time considerably.

Get on that floor and work it before you have a bucket of taffy.

Hopefully, you didn't store the material in your cold garage as that would make the material harder to roll.

I rolled it out it seemed to work fine. The look of ice cream before it started to dry thew me off. What do you mean I cant work from the bucket. I mixed 2.5 gal. of material into a 5 gal bucket with a screen hung on the side and rolled it out. If that is not how to do it please let me know the correct method.

You got lucky because of the cool weather in your area.
If it were in the South, the material would have kicked before you could get it down.

Pouring ribbons of material on the floor is the method I would use.

Glad it worked out today. You had me worried for you. lol.
