If you want something that can take a beating- perform well against liquids- water based or other; and can basically “seal” the wood…

I went to Sherwin Williams and had some porch and stair paint mixed in a custom color with grit added. Has held up well.

I've used garage floor paint in both of mine and they have held up very well. I'll try to find a link to what I used.

Edit: This is what I used. It's available at pretty much any home improvement store and Amazon. It took a single car garage kit for the 24ft enclosed. I just taped everything off before I started and it went pretty fast with a roller. I've posted pics here on a thread like this a couple of times.

I used Armour Coat porch and floor paint from Canadian Tire with a pouch of nonslip grit from HomeHardware, 3 years and still looks great.

The problem with bedliner is it is meant to be exposed and as such, the off gas is not good for an enclosed space.

I did the floor of my enclosed trailer with the rustoleum garage floor epoxy. I also bought a couple of bottle of an anti-slip additive on amazon, basically very fine grain like sand, and used hand spreader to spread it out. The floor is pretty much like walking across sand paper. I've come in off the track with hot sticky tires and have had no issues with it coming up after 2 seasons.

I’ve never seen any “warning” about use and being “exposed”. Bedliner, like any other compound liquid needs time to cure/off-gas. Once complete, what issue could there be? Besides, it’s a trailer not a dwelling.

After 3 of us busted our butts on a vinyl floor one night at the track I went with bare plywood. Then I saw another guys trailer with the garage floor epoxy and my last two trailers got that. I used the grit on my open trailer and just dumped it in the gallon of paint. It worked really well.

I used one of the basic Rock Solid kits from Home Depot. Figure out however much grit you think you need for the ramp, and triple it, and then add some more. My ramp is still slippery when wet. The floor has held up well, but I’m using it to haul a vintage racer 5 or 6 times a year, not getting daily use.

I used a Rustoleum epoxy kit on mine. Word of caution, the plywood will be thirsty and soak it up. I needed two coats.

I have pics in my enclosed trailer build thread.

I can dig a pic if you’d like, but I raced in a 16x7 enclosed H and H with Rust-Oleum bed liner for about 10 years. It did hold up well, with the exception of someone accidentally doing a burnout while riding up the ramp
