Awesome!

As someone asks in every thread: Enco is primarily hobby machinist's supply. Some of their prices on select hand tools in their Hot Deals catalog are good, they are rarely competitive on power tools. Again, they're a machinist supply first so power tools are not their focus. Very good deals can be had on cutting tools, cutting fluids, abrasives, some raw materials, and general shop supplies.

YES, their website mostly *****. You must go to use-Enco.com and click on the little thumbnail of Hot Deals. There you can browse page by page and it is relatively well laid-out with pictures of each product.

So you can do marship w 20marvip for 20% off & free shipping. I placed a $29 order (at 20% off) for some cutting tools and allen keys. It was better for me to lose the extra 5% but get free shipping.

On a larger order 25% but pay shipping might be more advantageous.

The 20% off & free ground shipping are good all month, no minimums. 2 codes that are stackable. I used them this morning as my order was cheaper than using the 25% + paying shipping. 20MARVIP and MARSHIP

There's also SHIPMAR which is free shipping over $199 but is good for freight shipments.

It worked for a 48" pan brake I bought a couple weeks ago (I think it is approximately 400lbs)

The 20% and free shipping code stacked work better for small orders like $50.

I used the 25%. It would have been $10 cheaper to use the 20% and free shipping.

So I called customer service to see if they could make any adjustment.

Got no help at 2 different levels of customer service.

In fact, they said I could refuse the shipment, but would be removed as a customer.

And the 2nd level guy was not just unhelpful, and unknowledgeable, but argumentative as well.

He said you couldn't stack codes and you couldn't use codes you found on the net, only ones sent to you, as these were for new customers only.

Not exactly friendly and cheery customer service, especially for a first time customer.
