Got a Hein Werner model M quick lift floor jack . Got the main ram cylinder taken off the rest of the jack and need to remove the end nut off and the cylinder screwed off the body . The end nut is 2 - 2 1/2 " . I put a pipe wrench on the nut while the cylinder was in my vise . It wouldn't budge . Anyone have an idea on how to get the thing unscrewed without squeezing the cylinder flat in a vise ?

I use a Milwaukee impact wrench.
Here's from a green Craftsman I did last year.
For my Hein Werner the end nut was a proprietary pattern.
I had to make up a socket to fit it. I drilled holes in a pair of washers tack-welded together, welded some rod into the holes and welded the washers onto an old impact socket, chucked it up into the Milwaukee and pulled the trigger--the end nut came off fast.
