I have a p392 with the old style plunger that needs the pin and clip to attach to the handle. Would anybody have a manual or even just the part numbers I need or can I simply put the new style plunger in this pump and get the new style cross pin?

I appreciate it. That is the manual I found online. That manual shows the new style plunger (part number 18). Mine is the old style plunger and it needs a clip and a flat pin to attach to the handle. Those are the parts I can't find. So I was going to see if those are discontinued and I could put the new style plunger in with the pin that fits it

Mini jacks have a clip with a different and easier shape to make. Maybe one like the one shown could fit in the space for the original clip? The bottom has an opening on the far side of the illustration similar to the original clip. It is just a hole centered in the base with a cut that allows mounting the plunger. Most have the hole cut, or opening, under one of the loops, different from the first clip shown. The hole for the cross pin has to be longer than taller to allow for the forward and backward movement of the pin while pumping. The height of the hole for the cross pin should be as close to the diameter of the pin to prevent a lot of play. In the case of the mini jacks, the hole in the clip for the plunger is cut in such a way that the clip snaps on the plunger. It is not clear on the parts breakdown if the original Enerpac clips snaps-on the plunger or if it just stays in place because it goes inside the handle joke and therefore is retained there mounted to the plunger.
