I had some cash and asked the girlfriend what she thought. She is probably going off to grad school and I will be in paramedic school till next July and even though we have been together for 3 years its still not the right time for too much commitment, so I made the difficult choice....

Pretty sure I will have to marry this girl, once I recover from this purchase. I got a power top for it but it wasnt in yet. That will come in a couple of weeks. After that I just need more tools to fill it up!

Good choice lol. I would have made the same decision as you did. Badass box and kegerator to top it off.

Holy **** that is nice. You made the correct choice. You are supposed to buy the ring on credit anyway. That box will last longer than a ring. Trust me even if you guys last forever she will upgade or add to it or make it something bigger

I needed something different. Here is the Homak it is replacing after falling not once not twice but 3 times. good box, but extremely top heavy. I even loaded the heavy stuff at the bottom but it was giving out from being overloaded and didnt want to stand up anymore. I pulled the wheels off of it and gave it to my brother.

Nice box and without a doubt, the right choice! If you do end up marrying her, get a prenup. You dont want her trying to take half of that!!

My International has fallen on me twice now. Two of the drawers don't latch and just open up. When my top drawer is open (sockets) it gets top heavy and goes. I've been lucky enough to catch it both times. Really pisses me off. It's a nice DIYer box but I would love to have a real tool box. On a side note my Harbor Freight box never tried to do that and if it did I feel confident the casters would hold up - it's frame was really sturdy.

FWIW I think that color is the best one out there right now. I've never been into the green thing, and red and black are so normal looking.

I went over to my SO dealers house last night and he had a green epiq i've been eyeing up for the past few months, then he showed me the kegarator. I was trying so hard not to look, i did make it home without buying the Epiq, though i did drop $1000 on a cart, impact, and socket sets.

Ps my craftsman tried to take a dive the other day but I somehow kept it up. One of its casters is not even and it has a little rock to it.

The epic is solid as a tank though!

The old box's biggest issue was that it had detents to hold the drawers but they where too easy to open and too hard to get closed. I usually didnt close them all the way and even if you moved the box a bit and one drawer opened you had to be quick because the chain reaction had already started.

Keith, the kegorator was free with the box.

As far as beer I am waiting till next month when I move to my new place to put a keg in, and I am open to suggestions of flavor.

Marry the girl, or get the tool box. Hmmm, you have to ask yourself, "can it make me a sandwich"...? :D.

Personally, I would go with the box that keeps on giving.

Those boxes are more of an off-white aren't they? I mean, they're not a stark bright white like a Maytag washer machine right?

I thought that box stops giving when it gets the "I do".

Nice box
My hope is that your relationship lasts long enough that you wear out that box and have to ask if you can buy another

This is the one and only picture you are getting. Maybe I should start a poll on my original question now that I am posting this.

I thought all kegs came with bud light...you mean you can get other flavors????

:D

Seriously, awesome box, and awesome kegerator

I was thinking something a little better, and I am a Coors guy myself.

Actually thinking about doing a Boulevard. I love wheat beer and I can only drink Boulevard out of a keg, the bottles dont taste the same.

Look to young to get married anyway. If its ment to be it wont go away where anytime soon don't rush into marriage . Get your careers together save up some money for a house. Then get married.

She's very cute, and you guys look happy together. That being said, you guys do look kind of young to be making a life long commitment. But, everyone is different, if you both have good sensible heads on your shoulders, maybe you're ready. Personally, I'd wait to finish school, and get into a career first. Just make sure you both are ready when/if you make the call.

Buying a tool is so much easier, and they don't talk back! I kid, I kid. My wife and I just had our anniversary yesterday, and could not be happier. I actually wish I had done it a little sooner... Just make sure you marry the right one for you, and you'll be all set!! Good luck.

That's an awesome bonus to the toolbox, but you'd think a high quality company like Snap On would put a quality faucet on the kegerator like Perlick, instead of the cheap chrome standard leaky faucet that's on there now... :lol_hitti

you can always swap the faucet later if it bothers you...

Priorities priorities, you needed the kegorator for the wedding reception and tell the future bride that box is wedding dress white. If she laughs about it, she's a keeper. If she gets pissed, smart choice on the purchase.

For me it would have been a HF box, a ring and probably had enough left over for the wedding and maybe even the honeymoon. But I don't drink much and could never justify a box like that for home use.

That's just me, not a recommendation for you.
