So i run a machine refrigeration engine room. Unfortunately the polished cement floors were not painted before start up some 5 years ago. I dont want to do the complete room. Just the pads under the machines and perhaps a border.
Here is my problem. Oil has already hit the floor so i know even if i absorb as much as i can over time the epoxy will come up.
is there a great product to clean up the cement so epoxy or floor paint can stick?
any help would be greatly appreciated
