about 10 years ago I built this engine stand because I got tired of transporting engines on a tire in the back of a truck. while the tire is very effective I thought if you are building a hot engine with lots of gold in it you should at least spend a little on the thing to hold it

made using the material on hand and has so far held some junkers and a couple of race motors.

Nice! how is it attached to the engine? do you work on only one type of engine?

it is bolted the the motor mount points on the block

this works for small block, windsor and cleavland ford engines

mostly I do fords but have worked on most types of engines at one time or another
