Try HD, or Lowes They have Stanley and RB doors in stock. Most entry doors are 32 and 36. You will have 2 options Special order $$$$ or change the size.

If you use a 24 or 28 inch door because you have to that is one thing.
But if you can go 32 inches wide do so.
Every time you try to move something in through your entry door you will be sorry with a 24 or even 28 inch door. On a 24 inch door, you opening will only be about 22 inches or less, unless you remove the door or you can open it flat against the inside wall.

I struck out at all of the big box stores and local lumber yards.
Unfortunately I don't have the option on going with anything larger then 28" and even that does not really allow me to use a molding on the inside corner.
I am not worried about the size of the door. I have the 16' x 7' garage door or the 36" rear door to move large items in and out. This smaller door is really just to allow sheltered access from under my front porch.
I have a few companies getting back to me today but I am told I am looking at big $$$ for the most basic of doors. Not really what I wanted to hear.

Buy a 32 in solid core door, cut to size install a 6 lite insert. Granted it's not steel or fiberglass but it's way cheaper than custom made.
Why can't you open the door frame for a 32 door? Any pics?

Can't you cut the foundation to allow for a little larger door then modify the opening? Nothing more than a good Saturdays job to get done.

If this is considered an emergency egress door, you might want to check with the local building department to see if they have a minimum door width requirement.
I know that the International Residential Code has a standard but I don't have a copy to look it up. International Building Code (commercial buidlings) requires 32" clear opening with the door in the 90* open position. The International Existing Building Code (commercial buildings) refers to the IBC.
