Epoxy Application Question

Just picked up a tub of EpoxyCoat and was wondering: should you try to mix and apply the whole quantity of paint at once or can you break it down into 2 or more applications by calculating the area of each sub-application and only mixing the calculated proportion?

Reason I ask is because my garage has a main floor that is surrounded by a 5" tall "step" which borders the floor. I'd like to take the time to paint the step and it's edges with a brush separately from the main floor. If I mixed the whole lot, I wouldn't have time to paint everything before the paint would set in the mixing bucket...

Thanks!

You can and should mix it in batches. Call me and I can help you figure out how best to section your garage up.
