Now, this isn't for my garage, but for my porch and front steps. But it's flooring, so I thought I'd post it here.
Anyone have it? A couple of friends of mine have had their porches done and it looks really good. My porch has some cracks and spalling and I'd like something other than concrete. It's a good size porch (379 sq. ft.) and would run me about $2200 ($5.75 / sq. ft.). And the installer comes back once a year and does any repair and reseals for 10% of the install price. It's guaranteed for as long as he does the maintenance on it each year.
He'd do the porch and the apron-I'll probably parge the concrete block foundation. And he's pouring the steps for me at no additional cost (4 steps - 6 ft. wide).
