Having trouble making up my mind
What is the best two part epoxy for up to .50c ft(material cost) for an industrial floor?
Right now it is between the Sherwin Williams and epoxy coat
I wanted to go with a blue to dark blue finish.
Thanks!
Brendan

I went with a dark red finish (RustOleum Pro) in my garage and regret it. I don't have a lot of lighting in my garage (yet) and it feels like a cave. The dark color is also a pain to keep clean this time of year with road salt being used daily around here. If you've ever seen a car that's "road salt gray", you can visualize my floor. If I was doing it over again, my floor would be light gray.

There are two kinds of dirt universe: light dirt which is attracted to dark surfaces and dark dirt which is conversly attracted to light surfaces. There is a corresponding law that covers pet hair and clothing too. I've got a light gray colored floor. It shows everything too.

At least with the light gray, the road salt would basically disappear and my floor would look relatively clean.

I know what you're saying on the pet hair. My wife has a black pomeranian. We have light beige carpet and a light beige microsuede couch. With as much black hair as I find on the couch and carpet, you'd think the dog would be bald by now.

I used Rustoleum Professional Sovent base with the chips . The vinyl chips mask a lot of the debris that collects on your floor this time of year .
I'd highly recommend using them .
