What product would you suggest for epoxy floor cleaning

From YouTube videos people are using simple green multi purposes cleaners.

I vacuum and then mop with squeeze bucket and big mop. I add a small bit of Mr.
Clean to the water. It cleans well and smells better than some cleaners. I have also used ZEP and Simple Green but like Mr. Clean better. If you allow me to digress, I absolutely hate the smell of pine oil (Pinesol). It reminds me of an old dirty bus station restroom, I would prefer the smell of urine over it.

Mr Clean. Works well as long as you don't have a ton of grease. It's perfect for regular dirt.

I should add that if any area has had oil spill, like under my lift, I wipe up what I can then spray it with Mr. Clean or Zep of a stronger dilution and let it sit a while before mopping. Pretty standard practice I think.

I have used both ammonia and simple green , both worked really well. Use HOT water and do not mix real strong, I have a fiber mop and wringer bucket.

from mutiple website , they mention not to use dishsoap

Multiple sites also recommend using dish soap. From what I've read, the arguments against using it are dish soap leaving a dull sheen or it making the surface too slick when wet. I've experienced neither so far.
