I just purchased the Epoxy coat kit for my third and single car garage.
I live in Phoenix AZ and house is a new construction property that is about 18 months old. Thus the concrete in the garages is fairly new and in good shape. The garage that I am going to apply the Epoxy coat has been used to store boxes and thus a car has never been in there. The only other thing that this garage has been used for is to apply laquer to redwood planks. Whilst doing this wood laquering I did spill a few drops of the laquer onto the concrete. That is about the extent of the the damage to the concrete floor in the garage.
Question: Do I need to use a diamond concrete grinder to clean my floor? Or can I get away with just water and/or a degreaser?
Thanks!
